Returns and Exchanges

Our Exchange and Return's conditions are as follows

We can only accept glasses that have been sent back to us 14 days after they have been received.

We reserves the right not to refund certain prescription orders in exceptional cases (where wrong prescription is provided etc.)

Glasses must be returned in perfect physical condition. 

We will only refund a maximum of two pairs per order. You can for example order three pairs and return two. However, if you order 4 or more we will still only be able to refund two. This rule still applies if you make two separate orders for a combined four pairs. While all orders are limited to two prescription pairs of glasses per order, we still offer a 14-day risk-free return policy after the delivery of your order.

We have free shipping, returns, and exchanges.

Any orders where a discount or promo code has been used can still return them within 14 days but are not eligible for free returns. 

We will refund return shipping costs on orders from the following countries only:

- United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Italy, Poland and Latvia.


Please send the package via USPS or Canada Post standard mail.
