Polarised Lenses - Are they worth it - Blue light glasses

The big advantages of polarised lenses over tinted lenses is that the polarised lenses block UV and glare from all angles.

This is most noticeable to the user in activities such as fishing and skiing where the suns rays bounce off the water and snow and hit the eye at different angles.

It is also useful for drivers where the sun for example might bounce off a puddle of water in the road.

Fishermen and anglers find them extremely useful as they can see much further through the water with polarised lens .

Making sure that your glasses have full uv protection against the harmful UVA and UVB rays is extremely important.

It is also a good idea to make sure the the frames are large enough to cover the area around the eyes.

Protecting your eyes from blue light from digital devices is also very important.

Blue light glasses reduce eyestrain tired eyes and headaches from over exposure to digital devices.
