The order form in combination with these Terms and Conditions constitute the complete agreement between us and the customer.
Your statutory rights as a consumer will not be affected by these Terms & Conditions.
By submitting your order you confirm that you are

-not registered as visually impaired, severely visually impaired or blind.
-not a persons with a prescription over plus or minus 10.00sph/6.00cyl.
You agree to make purchases using the correct name and date of birth and make any other information available to us on request to confirm your eligibility to legally purchase prescription glasses from us.
The prescription that you provide to us must be by a registered medical practitioner or registered ophthalmic optician following an eye examination that has occurred within the last 2 years or with in the last year if you are 70 years old or older.
You agree that you are responsible for entering the prescription correctly and have taken due care that the details are entered exactly as they appear on the prescription including the correct plus and minus signs.
The prescription lenses we provide you will contain the prescription details that you provide us and we are not liable for any mistakes you may make entering the prescription details.
You must provide us a copy of your prescription if requested.

3) Refund & Shipping
The stated delivery time of 14 working days is an estimate and may on occasion be slightly longer. If will often be sooner than this also and depends of volume going through the lab.
Whilst we endeavour to keep the full range of glasses and lenses in stock at all times there may be times where we experience stock shortages. In these circumstances we will advise on a delivery time if it is greater than the standard 14 days and offer a full refund if this delivery time is unacceptable for you.
The description of our frames is done as accurately as possible and the photography represents a true likeness of the frames appearance. It is possible however that the frames may appear slightly different in terms of saturation, brightness or contrast of colour due to individual differences in computer monitors depending on settings and resolution.
Whilst we will endeavour to ensure frames are as described there might be some minor variations to specification of the frames on occasion.
All prices shown on the website are correct at the time of display
We reserve the right to change or prices from time to time but once an order has been placed this price will not be altered for that order.
All tracked packages require a signature at the specified address.
Whilst we endeavour to deliver goods within the stated timeframe you agree that we will not be liable to you for any damage, loss or charge incurred due to the late delivery of goods.
Your order may be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed in which case a full refund will be given.
No binding contract will exist between us until we have accepted your order.
Notices served under these terms and conditions must be in writing and will be deemed to be given when personally delivered, sent by confirmed fax or 3 days after being sent by registered mail to the address set out in our Dispatch Letter / Invoice.
If you are not 100% happy with your order you have 14 days to inform us in which case we will organise a full refund on receipt of the returned order.
All frames come with a manufacturers warranty of 1 year. There is no warranty with the prescription lenses.
4) Payments
Goods will not be made or delivered until payment is made in full and must be in Euros.
We accept payment by PayPal, Shopify payments, Visa, MasterCard or Laser.
All credit card and charged card payment are subject to authorisation by the card holder’s issuer.
Monies are only captured as soon as goods are delivered.
Promotional or Discount codes are only valid whilst displayed on our website.
All goods must be inspected upon delivery and any faults or damages reported within 14 days for a refund or replacement. Once you have received your order, the products are your responsibility and we are not liable for any damages or loss incurred.
Payments made to Sapphire Eyewear will appear as "Sapphire Eyewear" on your bank statement

These terms and conditions may be subject to change at any time without prior notice to you, your affiliates, partners, companies or persons of any relationship to you.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish Law.
Any failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions shall not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.
You may have other rights granted by law including your statutory rights as a consumer, and these Terms do not affect those rights.
